$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Location: Midtown NYC (Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite)

About the Role: Our client is seeking a transformational VP of Engineering to own their product development and lead their technology organization through ambitious growth. You'll report directly to senior leadership as our most senior technical leader, driving platform innovation across equities, derivatives, fixed income, and crypto markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product roadmap and technical strategy
• Scale engineering team from 10-50+ engineers globally
• Transform established team into high-velocity, startup-minded organization
• Act as strategic thought partner to Product and Business Development
• Lead technical initiatives supporting global expansion
• Hands-on contribution including code reviews and critical technical decisions

Requirements:

• 10+ years senior engineering leadership experience
• RegTech/FinTech/Financial Services background strongly preferred
• Technical depth in C++, Python, MySQL, .NET, AWS
• Experience scaling distributed teams and international rollouts
• Strategic mindset with ability to balance technical debt and feature development
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
