The Challenge
This role represents a unique opportunity for professionals looking to contribute to a leading company’s reputation in digital transformation while advancing their own career in a high-impact and dynamic environment. As a Sr. Integration Consultant, you will be integral in delivering best-in-class consulting services for top-tier clients, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through strategic implementations of Workfront and related platforms.
We are seeking individuals who have a proven ability to assess, design, and execute work management solutions using Workfront and its integrations across enterprise ecosystems and third-party applications. Along with a focus on driving measurable results for clients, the ideal candidate will be adept at increasing solution adoption by designing integrations with a broader digital experience ecosystem, ensuring scalable processes and lasting business value.
While expertise in developing and deploying Workfront Fusion as an integration and transaction orchestration platform is essential to success in this role, an understanding of the broader content supply chain is highly desirable. This includes campaign planning (Workfront Planning), content creation (Creative Cloud), workflow optimization, review and approval processes (Workfront and Frame.io), enterprise DAM & content management (Experience Manager), and platforms such as Campaign, Marketo, Target, and personalization tools like Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Experience Platform (AEP).

Fusion Architect to support solution design, enablement, and delivery for one of the Big Four consulting firms' Experience Shared Platform. The resource will partner with the product owner already staffed to support the enterprise across multiple workstreams.
Duties
Design and configure enterprise-level business process solutions using Workfront to achieve client business objectives.
Integrate Workfront with related platforms in a content supply and activation chain.
Increase adoption of Workfront to solve unidentified client problems, enhancing business value.
Lead customers through strategic implementations and develop solution designs that provide strategic value while solving near-term business problems.
Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and automations, and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey.
Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery.
Oversee Fusion technical development, ensuring best practices and scalable processes and procedures are adhered to.
Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and providing proven solutions.
Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations.
Collaborate with project teams on project plans, design documents, templates, layouts, queues, custom forms, reports, and other artifacts aligned with implementation requirements.
Deliver high-quality consulting services for Workfront implementation and go-live success.
Serve as a business process workflow/configuration SME for clients and stakeholders.
Mentor, coach, and provide knowledge resources and escalation support for clients.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of product and implementation methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and proven business process consulting experience.
Experience as an on-site business process/management consultant, specifically with Workfront and Workfront Fusion.
Understanding and experience with broader digital experience platforms, especially AEM, AJO, Campaign, Target, etc.
Proven track record of delivering end-to-end integrations for enterprise organizations (5000+ employees).
Proven ability to develop and document business processes, with documentation examples available upon request.
High technical aptitude, with experience in API-driven integrations, migrations, and enhancements, is recommended.
Experience working with 3rd party software integrations and proficiency in RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship skills, including empathy, effective communication, self-awareness, self-regulation, and motivation.
Analytical skills to draw connections between disparate problems and solutions.
Ability to work on multiple tasks and prioritize personal workload.
Leadership skills to drive adoption over complexity and perfection.
Desire to learn and teach others.
Willingness and ability to travel 20%, up to 50% for some engagements
