What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of skilled engineers, supporting their growth and ensuring high performance.

• Foster a strong team culture centered on trust, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Help shape engineering strategy, including architecture decisions, devops practices, and QA processes.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience managing software engineers in a professional setting.
• Prior hands-on development experience (Python) —you can hold your own in technical conversations.
