Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service, or veterinary reception role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience required.
• Proficiency with Avimark or similar veterinary practice software.

Responsabilités

• Lead the front office team and direct clinic workflow.
• Oversee the flow of appointments and scheduling with precision.
• Provide training and developing team members; give constructive feedback.
• Ensure daily assignments are understood and completed and foster collaboration.
