Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 100-TON Master Inland or higher license.
• TWIC, First Aid/CPR, and Marine Radio Operator Permit required.
• Detail oriented with strong situational awareness and navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe operation, maintenance and overall condition of the vessel.
• Supervise crew and direct day-to-day activities with regulatory compliance.
• Ensure proper manning, accurate passenger counts, and safety drills.
• Document maintenance, report incidents, and uphold USCG and company policies.
• Conduct daily briefings and enforce safety and security procedures.
