Job summary

Live Nation is seeking a hands-on operations leader to manage high-volume venue services and food & beverage programs. You will drive staffing, training, and financial performance while upholding brand standards and safety guidelines.

In this role you will lead hourly and supervisory staff, implement training, and collaborate with leadership to execute events and seasonal menus. A strong hospitality background and leadership presence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume fine dining/restaurants/clubs.
• Supervisory or operational management experience.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed budgetary expectations on all line items.
• Control labor costs through staffing and scheduling.
• Assist with monthly specials and events development.
• Complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Oversee training, coaching and cross-training programs.
• Maintain House of Blues standards for service, cleanliness and safety.
• Conduct staff meetings and maintain open door policy.
• Supervise venue trainers and on-site training initiatives.
