Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a hands-on hospitality supervisor to uphold standards of staff uniforms, service, and guest relations in its venues. You will help maintain a comfortable room environment and work closely with trainers and staff to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires scheduling, cash handling, inventory control for bars, and collaboration with events. A high school diploma and TIPS/RAMP certifications plus leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• TIPS or equivalent certification required.
• RAMP certification or equivalent beverage training preferred.
• Ability to work late hours and weekends.
• Working knowledge of restaurant and bar operations; basic liquor laws know-how.
• Strong leadership, guest relations, decision making, and staff scheduling skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer tasks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure standards for staff uniforms, service quality, and guest relations.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and coordinate with trainers/trainees.
• Schedule staff, manage cash handling, and maintain safety standards.
• Support all departments; assist with inventory, liquor orders, and event staffing.
• Lead performance coaching and implement disciplinary procedures when needed.
• Develop strategies to generate/enhance revenue.
