Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related work experience.
• Experience as a maintenance manager in a similar setting.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical repair.
• Ability to prioritize workload and solve problems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance and cleaning programs for the venue.
• Supervise cleaning team and attendance, performance and training needs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and obtain quotes.
• Develop standard operating procedures for venue upkeep.
• Enforce policies and conduct employee reviews.
