Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field; 10+ years of leadership in venue operations.
• Proven budget development and cost control experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all facility operations, staffing, and daily activities.
• Lead cross-functional meetings on operations, finance, and staff training.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage partnership relationships.
• Develop operating budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Ensure OSHA and safety compliance and prepare reports.
• Lead pre-opening and transition from construction to operations.
