AEG, a global leader in sports and live entertainment, seeks a General Manager to oversee the full operations of a major venue. You will direct staff, manage budgets, coordinate programs and events, and ensure compliance with safety regulations across all functions.

This role requires extensive leadership experience, a track record of operational excellence, and the ability to work with vendors, sponsors, and community partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Experience overseeing physical venue operations.
• Experience with management, leadership and conflict resolution.
• Proven track record of developing and managing budgets.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong written, listening, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all facility operations, including staffing, scheduling, and post-event reviews.
• Analyze and improve policies to boost efficiency, safety, and performance.
• Lead staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and succession planning; define structure and roles.
• Lead cross-functional operations and budget reviews with stakeholders.
• Manage vendor, contractor, and partner relationships; negotiate contracts.
