Job summary

PINSTACK is seeking dynamic, hands-on managers to lead our high-energy dining and entertainment venue. This role offers opportunities to shape guest experiences, manage cross‑functional teams, and drive daily operations in a premier bowling and entertainment destination.

You will oversee front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, and guest services, with responsibilities spanning staffing, scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance while maintaining quality and service standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or food service.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse teams across front-of-house, kitchen, and operations.
• Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills.
• Experience managing budgets, scheduling, and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team across all venue areas including dining, bowling, arcade and guest services.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and safety standards.
• Maintain safety compliance and a positive guest experience.
• Monitor budgets and labor costs to meet revenue targets.
• Address guest and employee issues with a professional, solution-oriented approach.
