Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, food service, or a similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Experience managing food and beverage operations is highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with basic financial reporting and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: inspire, motivate, and manage team across front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, and guest services.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
• Uphold PINSTACK Mission and Values in decision-making.
• Ensure outstanding guest service with high cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Oversee daily operations: opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage food & beverage oversight: quality control, safety compliance, and kitchen efficiency.
• Oversee amusement operations, ensuring safety compliance and merchandise standards.
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and health regulations; maintain a compliant environment.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and expenses; analyze sales to meet revenue targets.
• Resolve guest concerns and staff issues with a solution-oriented approach.
