PINSTACK is a premier bowling and entertainment venue in Charlotte, North Carolina, seeking dynamic, hands-on managers to lead our high-energy dining and entertainment destination. You will oversee operations across front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, and guest services, shaping the guest experience with a focus on safety and hospitality.

Qualifications

1+ years of management experience in hospitality or entertainment.
Strong leadership and team development skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Experience managing food and beverage operations preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic financial reporting.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Manager Food Handler and/or TABC certifications required.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, and guest services teams.
Recruit, hire, train, and coach staff to build a positive culture.
Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality.
Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Manage food & beverage operations and ensure quality and safety.
Oversee amusements, attractions safety, and merchandising.
Monitor budgets and labor costs to meet revenue targets.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.
