Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality or entertainment.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing food and beverage operations preferred.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example across all venue areas (front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, guest services).
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members with ongoing coaching.
• Keep PINSTACK mission and values at the center of decision-making.
• Ensure guest experiences meet high standards for cleanliness, safety, and hospitality throughout the venue.
• Oversee daily operations: opening/closing, scheduling, inventory, and maintenance.
• Manage food & beverage operations, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Oversee amusement operations, attractions safety, and merchandising standards.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment by enforcing policies and health regs.
• Monitor budgets, labor costs, and expenses; analyze sales reports to meet revenue targets.
