PINSTACK in Irving, TX is seeking dynamic, hands-on managers to lead our high-energy dining and entertainment venue. You will oversee front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, and guest services, ensuring outstanding guest experiences with safety, cleanliness, and hospitality at the core.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of management experience in hospitality, entertainment, or related fields.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example across front-of-house, kitchen, bowling, arcade, and guest services.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members with ongoing coaching.
• Maintain company culture and ensure guest experience meets high standards.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage food & beverage and amusement operations to ensure safety and quality.
