Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage transport of customer vehicles to/from auction sites in the region.
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders.
• Monitor holds and verification delays; communicate with carriers.
• Dispatch with negotiation to improve margin.
• Work with Excel, Outlook, and Word to compile data and reports.
• Work in a hybrid environment and deliver results with urgency.
