Cox Enterprises in the United States is seeking a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to coordinate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to Manheim auction sites and other regional locations. You will build relationships with the auction team, manage regional emails, enter orders (AS400) and handle VIN-related carrier issues with a focus on margin.

This role requires 1–3 years of admin experience, strong Excel/Outlook/Word skills, an ability to work independently in a matrix

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsabilités

• Build relationship with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Entry of all manual orders and processing of AS400 system orders.
• Manage escalated Client Success VINs with carriers and agents.
• Monitor holds and verification delays.
• Dispatch negotiations to increase margin.
• Action AutoIMS for delays, holds, cancellations, ETA's.
• Follow up with carriers on VINs daily.
• Process fees and post charges to records.
• Request hold harmless/releases.
• Investigate VIN kickbacks by carriers to re-dispatch units.
• Hold carriers accountable to their plan.
• Create and manage corrective action of a vendor.
• Monitor order entry failures and correct.
• Measure performance and analytics for clients and vendors.
• Report on performance results for management and executives.
• Compile vehicle transportation data and generate reports.
• Be an outside the box thinker who can solve problems quickly.
• Demonstrate proficient use of Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Work in a hybrid environment to deliver results.
• History of customer service and multi-tasking in fast-paced roles.
