Job summary

Cox Enterprises seeks an experienced Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to coordinate the transport of customer vehicles to Manheim auction sites and across the region. You will build relationships with the auction teams, manage emails and orders, and monitor VIN-related issues with carriers to maintain margins.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills.
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Build relationship with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and collaborate on regional emails.
• Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders.
• Manage escalated Client Success VINs with carriers and agents.
• Dispatch negotiation to increase margin and understand sales tactics.
• Measure performance and generate reports for leadership.
