Cox Enterprises is seeking a Senior Vehicle Operations Logistics Specialist to coordinate and manage transportation of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites across the region. You will build relationships with the Manheim commercial team, manage multiple email streams, and enter orders in AS400 while ensuring timely dispatch and margin control.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years administrative experience (in automotive industry preferred).
• High attention to detail including precise data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment to execute and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and manage the transport of customer vehicles to and from Manheim auction sites and other regions.
• Build relationships with Manheim Auction commercial team and management.
• Entry of all manual orders and processing of other AS400 system orders.
• Monitor holds and verification delays; follow up with carriers on VINs daily.
• Dispatch negotiations and apply sales tactics to increase margins.
• Monitor and correct master data files for location errors; measure performance and generate reports.
