Cox is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to manage truck flow, schedule work to meet client SLAs, and coordinate pickups and appointments. The role involves daily reporting, data entry in software and AS400, and close collaboration with drivers and administrative staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years related work experience, OR higher education with 1 year related experience, OR 5 years related work experience.
• Experience in automotive transportation, logistics, dealership operations, or auto auction environments.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and vehicle tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage truck flow and production.
• Schedule truck work aligned with client SLAs.
• Schedule pickups and appointments.
• Maintain daily reports to track pickups.
• Enter information into software and AS400.
• Communicate issues to supervisor in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with tow truck driver to maintain flow.
• Assist admin with units needing movement.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and follow safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
