Job summary

International Motors USA is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide expert diagnostic and repair support to dealers, body builders, and approved customers across powertrain, chassis/electrical, zero emissions, and vehicle programming.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, document findings, escalate when needed, and collaborate with engineering and service teams to improve diagnostics and repair guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year field service engineering or automotive/truck service experience; or 3+ years experience as specified.
• Master's degree with relevant experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic and repair support to dealers, body builders, and approved customers across technical lines.
• Respond via case files, phone, email, chat, and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, programming, or system integration issues.
