International Motors USA is seeking a Senior Technical Support Analyst to provide expert diagnostic and repair support across powertrain, chassis/electrical, and vehicle programming lines. You will handle case files, phone and remote sessions, document findings, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service information and guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, automotive, or related field.
• Master's degree may offset experience requirements.
• At least 3 years of field service engineering or automotive/truck service experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide diagnostic and repair support for highly technical vehicle issues.
• Respond to requests via case files, phone, email, or chat and remote sessions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, electronic, software, or programming concerns.
• Document interactions, findings, and repair directions in the case system.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering as needed.
• Identify product trends and issues to improve quality and field resolution.
• Provide feedback to publications, training, and service tools teams.
• Support initiatives to reduce case volume and improve dealer experience.
• Maintain current knowledge through training and product updates.
• Travel onsite to dealer locations for training or support.
