Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst – Veeva Vault CRM to lead the design, configuration, integration, validation, and ongoing support of Veeva/Vault CRM solutions. You will partner with stakeholders across IT and business units to translate requirements into scalable, compliant technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant IT/systems analysis, application management or project delivery experience.
• Strong hands-on Veeva/Vault CRM experience including design, configuration, integrations, testing and production support.
• Proven project management experience leading complex IT projects from initiation through post-implementation support.
• Knowledge of FDA-regulated environments including computerized system validation (21 CFR Part 11).
• Experience applying AI, including generative AI, to enterprise processes with governance and risk considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex Veeva/Vault CRM and related technology projects from initiation through implementation and post-implementation support.
• Develop and manage project scope, plans, schedules, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality.
• Ensure solutions comply with architecture, security, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance on system lifecycle documentation, testing, and validation activities.
