Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Vault CRM Architect to guide deployments of Vault CRM, Events Management, and connected solutions for life sciences customers. You’ll serve as a technical lead on implementations and migrations from SFDC to the Veeva Vault Platform, aligning with best practices and customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on IT consulting/architecture in implementation projects.
• Proven ability to drive best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Drive End-to-End Delivery: Own and collaborate on implementation and migration projects across SMB and Enterprise accounts, as a Functional Lead, Architect, Configurator, or Stream Lead.
• Act as the Technical Authority: Lead meetings with senior IT and Business stakeholders. Guide decisions based on best-practices, architectural principles and domain and technical expertise.
• Stay Hands-on: You love to configure, fix tricky issues, and help the team solve deep technical problems when they arise.
• Create Solutions: Turn open-ended problems into clear action plans and drive them forward.
• Push the Boundaries: Curious about technology and testing new AI tools to make work easier for your team.
