Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks a Lead Consultant specializing in the Veeva CRM and Vault CRM Platform to develop and deliver tailored solutions for client requirements. The role emphasizes quality and timely delivery of consulting projects, strong client relationships, and deep technical expertise to drive successful outcomes.

The candidate will configure Vault CRM / Veeva CRM objects, manage migration and integration with related Vault modules, and translate business requirements into robust system

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Veeva CRM on the Salesforce platform.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM configuration or migration, or commercial Vault modules like PromoMats and CLM.
• Understanding of Life Sciences, Pharma, or MedTech commercial compliance (PDMA, consent tracking).
• Proficient in Vault Loader, REST APIs, and CRM data structures.

Responsibilities

• Configure Vault CRM / Veeva CRM objects, layouts, call reporting, and sample management workflows.
• Support Vault CRM, Veeva Align, PromoMats, and Approved Email data exchange and alignment.
• Review, discuss and convert commercial, medical, and sales operations requirements into system configurations.
• Manage security profiles, user permissions, territory alignments, and data validation rules.
