Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of IT, systems analysis, or related experience.
• Strong hands-on Veeva Vault CRM experience including design, configuration, integrations, testing, and production support.
• Excellent project management skills and delivery leadership.
• Experience in FDA-regulated environments (21 CFR Part 11).

Responsibilities

• Leads analysis, design, configuration, implementation, integration, testing, and support of Veeva Vault CRM.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective Veeva Vault CRM solutions.
• Manages cross-functional project teams and delivery milestones.
• Assesses releases and opportunities; ensures validation and testing.
• Ensures regulatory and quality compliance throughout the lifecycle.
