Job summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals seeks a Sr. Manager to own its Commercial Veeva ecosystem, driving strategy, performance, and evolution of Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats.

You will partner with Field, Home Office, and Medical Affairs to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions and lead the full solution lifecycle from design through implementation. You will collaborate with IT, vendors, and process owners to align on demand and resources, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years administering Veeva platforms in pharma/biotech.
• Current Veeva certification in Vault Admin/CRM/Commercial Content/MedComms.
• Experience working in regulated GxP environments.
• Strong communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technology partner and point of contact for Commercial and Medical stakeholders for platform feedback and capability needs.
• Own the technology strategy, roadmap, lifecycle, and operational success of Veeva Vault CRM, Vault MedComms, and Vault PromoMats.
• Lead implementations, enhancements, integrations, and releases across the three platforms.
• Provide hands-on administration across Vault CRM, MedComms, and PromoMats including user access and configuration.
• Coordinate with vendors and Managed Service Partners for timely support and delivery.
