Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Senior Consultant for the Align product within the Vault CRM Suite. You will own global projects, gather and document end-user requirements, and partner with pharma and medical device customers to drive successful implementations.

The role blends project management, analysis, and technical product work with advanced configurations. You will mentor teammates, develop best practices, and travel up to 20% to meet with executives and customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Technology Consulting with Commercial Life Sciences OR Pharma Commercial Operations Sales Planning experiences
• Hands-on experience with data management and/or process analysis using MS Excel, MS Access or SQL
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for customer and internal needs

Responsibilities

• Lead in business processes due diligence, design, creation, and documentation of end-user requirements for customer applications
• Mentor and develop team members; lead by example with customers and internal teams
• Develop subject matter expertise on Life Sciences and Veeva solutions; grow team capabilities and best practices
