Job summary

Avira Digital seeks an experienced Veeva Vault CRM Development Lead to drive hands-on development, architecture, and integration efforts for a life sciences client. You will lead a team, define designs, and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

You will guide Vault CRM configuration, data models, workflows, and platform capabilities, while ensuring compliant, validated deployments and successful project milestones.

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in Veeva Vault CRM development and implementation.
• Experience leading or owning Vault CRM development projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Vault CRM configuration, architecture, data models, workflows, and platform capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience integrating CRM with external enterprise applications.
• Practical knowledge of REST APIs, web services, data mapping, and integration troubleshooting.
• Experience with software development lifecycle, release management, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding of validation and compliance requirements in regulated life sciences environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and lead technical discussions independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development, configuration, and implementation of Vault CRM solutions.
• Define technical designs and guide the development team through the complete lifecycle.
• Demonstrate understanding of Vault CRM processes, architecture, data models, workflows, and capabilities.
• Design, implement, and troubleshoot integrations between Vault CRM and external systems.
• Explain integration architecture, data flows, APIs, and involved systems from previous implementations.
• Manage technical reviews, testing, defects, releases, deployments, and production issues.
• Collaborate with business analysts, QA, validation, and client stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor developers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Lead client-facing technical discussions and communicate solution designs and risks clearly.
