Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Implementation Excellence for life sciences customers. You will deliver end-to-end event management solutions focused on Vault CRM Events Management, from speaker programs to advisory boards and fee-for-service activities.

You will leverage Vault Platform, use automation tools, and provide prescriptive, packaged solutions to accelerate deployments with quality and efficiency. Travel up to 25–30% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations.
• Deep understanding of life sciences event operations.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and present solutions.
• Strong execution discipline with attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a keep-it-simple mindset.
• Lead and execute software implementations with standard packages and automation.
• Develop proficiency in Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management.
• Guide customers through end-to-end event lifecycle and compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners.
• Own project deliverables and manage risks to milestones.
• Foster long-term customer success and post-implementation adoption.
• Provide mentorship to team members.
