Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven software company delivering Vault CRM Events Management implementations for life sciences customers. As a Senior Consultant, you will guide discovery, design, and end-to-end delivery of prescriptive, packaged solutions to accelerate deployments and value realization.

You will collaborate across Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs, maintain project momentum, and strengthen long-term customer success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations (speaker programs, advisory boards, transparency reporting).
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and design solutions with clarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a simplified approach, guiding customers to standard capabilities.
• Lead and execute software implementations using best practices and automation to deliver high-quality deployments.
• Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management to configure solutions and manage data migration.
