Davis Construction Corp. seeks a Senior Virtual Construction Engineer to lead BIM/VDC workflows on complex projects, guiding model-based coordination and deliverables while mentoring junior staff. This technical role reports to senior management and drives advanced coordination efforts across disciplines.

The position emphasizes independent task execution, adherence to QA/QC standards, and alignment with project controls and schedules throughout active construction projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in architecture, engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum of three years VDC experience with BIM workflows.
• Proficient in Navisworks, Revit and AutoCAD for federated models and clash detection.
• Ability to independently manage federated models and coordinate issue resolution.
• Strong knowledge of point cloud processing and integration into VDC efforts.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead advanced trade coordination on complex projects, including clash detection and RFI integration.
• Manage Virtual Construction setup, model administration, and federated model development.
• Define coordination needs per BIM Execution Plan and deliverables.
• Develop trade drawings, overlay studies, site logistics, and related docs.
• Mentor junior staff and align deliverables with project schedules and controls.
