Job summary

DAVIS is seeking a Virtual Construction Manager to lead BIM/VDC strategy and coordination across multiple projects. You will bridge executive project management with field execution, ensuring digital workflows support schedule, cost, and risk mitigation.

Applicants should have a minimum of six years in Virtual Construction/BIM/VDC in commercial construction, with strong leadership and collaboration skills across VDC, field services, quality, and safety teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in Virtual Construction/BIM/VDC in commercial construction.
• Operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level BIM trade coordination from planning through completion.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, clash detection, and tracking.
• Integrate shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and maintain coordination logs.
• Ensure coordination solutions align with master schedule and field strategies.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects and mentor staff.
