Mortenson is seeking an Integrated Construction Manager to lead VDC and BIM coordination within our Data Center Group. You will drive integrated delivery across construction teams, supervise the BIM/VDC workflow, and collaborate with design, preconstruction, and project leadership.

The role requires strong communication, adaptability, and a track record of leading a dynamic team. This is a hands-on position focused on advancing 3D/4D modeling and digital construction practices to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field is required.
• Experience leading a dynamic team and managing integrated delivery.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D/4D modeling and BIM/VDC tools.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and oversee VDC processes with technology platforms.
• Supervise and oversee the group's integrated construction team.
• Coordinate with design teams, estimators, schedulers, and preconstruction services to align BIM/VDC efforts.
