Job summary

Veeva Systems seeks a Senior Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations for Vault CRM Events Management in life sciences, delivering speaker programs, advisory boards, and roundtables with a focus on speed, accuracy, and value.

You will leverage prescriptive, packaged solutions and automation to accelerate deployments while aligning with cross-functional teams to ensure a successful adoption and long-term success.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations (speaker programs, advisory boards, transparency reporting) and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prescriptive Advisory: Lead discovery and design sessions with a "Keep It Simple" mindset.
• Implementation Excellence: Lead and execute software implementations using prescribed best practices, standardized packages, and automation tools.
• Technology-Enabled Delivery: Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management.
• Ecosystem Integration: Guide customers in unifying their complete event lifecycle from planning to compliance reporting.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners on smooth handoffs.
• Operational Excellence & Execution: Manage deliverables, risks, and milestones with focus.
• Long-Term Customer Success: Deliver services that build post-implementation adoption and relationships.
• Team Mentorship: Provide leadership to team members to improve outcomes.
