Job summary

Veeva Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Implementation Excellence for Vault CRM Events Management in life sciences. You will deliver end-to-end event solutions across speaker programs, advisory boards, and roundtables with a focus on standard capabilities and guardrails.

Leverage the Vault Platform and automation to optimize delivery, data migration, and validation, while aligning with our values of Customer Success, Do the Right Thing, Employee Success, and Speed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations (speaker programs, advisory boards, etc.) and strong technical affinity for cloud platforms, workflow engines, and data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops, communicate complex ideas clearly, and challenge customers constructively.
• Self-starter with high attention to detail and a track record of delivering with speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a Keep It Simple mindset.
• Lead and execute software implementations using best practices and automation tools.
• Develop proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management.
• Configure solutions, manage data migration, and validate implementations.
• Guide customers through end-to-end event lifecycle—planning, speaker mgmt, budgeting, content distribution, attendee reconciliation, compliance reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners for smooth handoffs.
• Ensure ongoing customer success post-implementation and mentor team members.
