Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive Implementation Excellence for life sciences customers, focusing on Vault CRM Events Management. You will deliver end-to-end event management solutions, from speaker programs to roundtables, with prescriptive advisory and fast, compliant deployments.

You will work across Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure smooth handoffs, scalable delivery, and lasting customer value.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience leading enterprise SaaS/Cloud event-management implementations.
• Deep understanding of Life Sciences event operations and reporting.
• Proven ability to lead discovery workshops and articulate architectures clearly.
• Track record of disciplined execution with attention to detail and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a Keep It Simple mindset.
• Deliver fast, high-quality deployments using prescribed best practices.
• Configure Vault Platform solutions and manage data migration and validation.
• Guide customers through end-to-end event lifecycle management and reporting.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Partners.
• Ensure post-implementation adoption and enduring customer success.
