Job summary

As a Consultant focusing on Vault CRM Events Management, you will drive end-to-end event solutions—from speaker programs to advisory boards and roundtables—leveraging automation and packaged solutions to accelerate implementations.

You will collaborate across Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners to ensure rapid, compliant deployments and lasting customer

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations.
• Experience with life sciences event management operations is a plus.
• Strong presentation, discovery and consultative skills.
• Travel up to 25–30% for milestones and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and design sessions with a Keep It Simple mindset.
• Lead and execute software implementations using prescribed best practices and automation.
• Develop deep proficiency in the Vault Platform and Vault CRM Events Management.
• Guide customers through complete event lifecycle—from planning to reporting and compliance.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners for smooth handoffs.
• Own project deliverables, manage risks, and drive on-time, high-quality results.
• Foster post-implementation adoption and enduring customer relationships.
