Job summary

Veeva Systems is seeking a Consultant to drive Implementation Excellence for our Vault CRM Events Management across life sciences customers. You will deliver structured, compliant, end-to-end event management solutions—from speaker programs to advisory boards and fee-for-service activities.

Guided by our Services Vision, you will leverage the Vault Platform, automation tools, and packaged solutions to make implementations faster, more precise, and highly efficient.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading and delivering enterprise SaaS/Cloud implementations of event management solutions.
• Understanding of Life Sciences commercial event operations and data integration patterns.
• Proven ability to lead customer discovery workshops and present complex ideas clearly.
• Self-starter with strong focus, detail orientation, and speed in execution.
• Willingness to travel up to 25–30% for milestones and discovery.

Responsibilities

• Prescriptive Advisory: Lead discovery and design sessions with a Keep It Simple mindset.
• Implementation Excellence: Lead and execute software implementations using best practices.
• Technology-Enabled Delivery: Develop proficiency in the Vault Platform and related tools.
• Ecosystem Integration: Guide customers through complete event lifecycle workflows and reporting.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Strategy, Product Management, Solution Consulting, and Account Partners.
• Operational Excellence & Execution: Own project deliverables and manage risks.
• Long-Term Customer Success: Foster post-implementation adoption and lasting relationships.
