Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Clinical Specialist to provide detailed technical support for vascular products and assist sales teams in the Philadelphia territory. You will work with physicians, care teams, and cross-functional partners to improve patient outcomes and therapy utilization.

The role requires travel up to 50% and occasional after-hours support. A driving license and valid insurance are required to cover multiple accounts in the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–11 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio.
• Educate customers through training, case support, and conference participation.
• Collaborate with sales representatives, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district plans and growth objectives.
• Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases on short notice.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with physicians, administrators, clinicians and key decision-makers.
• Identify customer needs and communicate market feedback to shape sales strategies and solutions.
