Medtronic seeks a Vascular Clinical Specialist to provide detailed clinical and technical support for the vascular portfolio in the Baltimore territory. You will work with physicians and care teams to optimize outcomes, assist with complex procedures, and expand access to innovative therapies.

The role requires travel up to 50% and occasional after-hours coverage. Strong clinical acumen, sales collaboration, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in healthcare or medical devices preferred.
• Bachelor's/Associate/HS with years of relevant work experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work after hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic's vascular portfolio, collaborating with physicians and care teams.
• Educate customers through training, in-service programs, case support, and conferences to drive therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with sales, managers, and cross-functional partners to execute district business plans and support revenue growth.
• Deliver responsive technical and procedural support for urgent customer needs and complex cases.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with physicians and administrators to expand engagement and therapy utilization.
