Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Vascular Clinical Specialist to provide expert clinical and technical support for vascular products, partnering with physicians to improve patient outcomes across vascular therapies. You will support sales reps for critical cases and travel within the Minneapolis/St.

Paul region as needed. Ideal candidates have strong clinical knowledge, ability to educate customers, and flexibility to work outside standard hours for urgent cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 11 years with a High School Diploma, or 9 years with an Associate's degree, or 7 years with a Bachelor's degree in healthcare, field sales, or related quantitative/science/engineering experience.
• Experience in healthcare, field sales, or work involving complex mathematics, mechanical concepts, science or computing.
• Preferred: strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert clinical, technical, and product support for Medtronic’s vascular portfolio with physicians and care teams.
• Educate customers through one-on-one training, in-service programs, case support, and conference participation to drive therapy adoption.
• Collaborate with sales representatives and cross-functional partners to execute district plans and support revenue growth.
• Deliver timely technical and procedural support, including urgent cases and complex scenarios.
• Build long-term relationships with clinicians and decision-makers to expand engagement and therapy utilization.
