Job summary

CornerStone Technology Talent Services seeks an experienced Varicent SPM Consultant to serve as a subject-matter expert supporting enterprise Sales Performance Management solutions.

This role will translate complex sales requirements into effective Varicent configurations, models, workflows, reports, and calculations while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. The engagement is a 12-month contract with 25% travel, targeting U.S. citizens or Green Card holders on a W2 basis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise roles with SPM experience.
• 9–10 years in relevant Varicent SPM roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Varicent SPM configurations, models, workflows, reports.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Varicent SPM and SPM processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements.
• Translate business requirements into Varicent solutions.
• Guide teams in design, configuration, and optimization of Varicent models/workflows/reports.
• Ensure solutions meet objectives, compliance, and data quality.
• Troubleshoot complex Varicent calculations and performance issues.
• Conduct audits for data accuracy and optimal performance.
• Train and mentor team members and end users on Varicent.
