Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a skilled Varicent Product Developer in the Richardson, TX area. You will design, implement, and support Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using Varicent, collaborating with business stakeholders and compensation teams to deliver scalable, high-performing configurations.

The role requires 3–5 years hands-on Varicent experience, strong SQL/ETL skills, and a solid foundation in data modeling and reporting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Varicent ICM/SPM platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Varicent modules and data modeling.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Varicent ICM solutions.
• Configure Varicent components: Data Tables, Calculation Tables, ETL Procedures, Workflows, Input Forms, Presenter Reports.
• Analyze requirements and translate into technical specs for Varicent implementations.
• Develop and optimize compensation calculation models.
• Perform data integration from multiple sources into Varicent.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to compensation calculations and reporting.
• Conduct unit/system testing and support UAT.
• Collaborate with users to ensure accurate implementation of compensation plans.
• Support monthly/quarterly/annual compensation cycles.
• Create deployment guides and technical documentation.
• Participate in system upgrades and performance tuning.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Varicent Product Developer with 3-5 years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and supporting Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using the Varicent platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Varicent development, data modeling, ETL processes, calculation logic creation, reporting, and production support. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, sales compensation teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable and high‑performing compensation solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3-5 years of hands‑on experience working withVaricent ICM/SPM platform.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with ETL development and data transformation processes.
