Job summary

A leading consulting firm is seeking a Senior Varicent BA to lead the design and optimization of Varicent ICM solutions. This role requires deep expertise in incentive compensation programs and architecture, ensuring effective data management and transformation. Responsibilities include designing workflows, analytics, and maintaining system environments. The position is 100% REMOTE, requiring collaboration across multiple teams, and is suited for candidates with strong Varicent ICM experience.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on experience with Varicent ICM platform configuration & design.
• Experience supporting complex partner/channel incentive compensation programs.
• Strong understanding of ICM data models, calculation logic, and crediting rules.
• Experience designing incentive processing architecture (not just reporting).
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation, and reconciliation processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Varicent ICM solution design and configuration.
• Architect incentive calculation workflows and crediting logic.
• Define and oversee data transformation, ingestion, and reconciliation strategies.
• Design reporting, dashboards, and analytics for executive stakeholders.
• Own environment strategy (dev/test/prod) and migration planning.
• Partner with Varicent Product & PS teams on enhancements and roadmap alignment.
• Document business requirements and convert to scalable technical designs.

Duration: 12+ months

Location: 100% REMOTE (will work PST hours)

We are seeking a Senior Varicent BA to lead the design and optimization of Varicent ICM solutions supporting large-scale Partner Incentive & Channel Compensation programs.

This role owns system architecture, incentive processing design, data flows, and environment/migration strategy while partnering directly with Varicent Product, Professional Services, Sales Ops, and Finance.

Requirements

• Deep hands‑on experience with Varicent ICM platform configuration & design
• Experience supporting complex partner/channel incentive compensation programs
• Strong understanding of ICM data models, calculation logic, and crediting rules
• Experience designing incentive processing architecture (not just reporting)
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT, data transformation, and reconciliation processes
• Ability to translate compensation plans into scalable system logic
• Proven experience working cross‑functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, and IT
