Job summary

Prodapt is seeking an experienced Varicent Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide Incentive Compensation Management and Sales Performance Management implementations using the Varicent platform in Richardson, TX. You will manage multiple global projects, drive cross-functional teams, and translate business compensation needs into scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT/product delivery and 5+ years in project management, with proven success delivering Varicent implementations

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IT, business, or related field.
10+ years of IT/product delivery experience.
5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
Experience delivering enterprise Varicent implementations and enhancements.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Varicent implementation projects.
Develop project plans, execution strategies, release roadmaps, and resource plans.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Drive governance through regular status reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive reporting.
Ensure timely delivery of project milestones across global teams.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Translate compensation requirements into scalable Varicent solutions.
Review solution architecture for alignment with business objectives.
Drive standardization and optimization of compensation processes.
Lead solution design discussions and approve technical deliverables.
