HDR is looking for a Value Engineer & Project Risk Management Lead to assist in developing strategic visions and tactical plans for projects nationwide. The successful candidate will manage project assignments, lead value engineering workshops, and participate in business development activities.

Qualifications

• Requires Certified Value Specialist (CVS) or PE license with significant experience.
• Must have experience leading workshops for major infrastructure projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships successfully.

• Assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director in developing strategic visions.
• Manage workshare and project assignments.
• Lead value engineering and cost/schedule risk management workshops.
