Job summary

HDR is seeking a Value Engineer & Project Risk Management Lead to assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director with developing strategic visions and managing project assignments. You will lead workshops, support business development, and work closely with various Business Groups to meet client needs across major infrastructure projects.

Successful candidates will have at least six years of experience, including a Certified Value Specialist (CVS) certification or Professional Engineering registration, along with strong client relationship skills. The role requires significant travel to HDR locations nationwide and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Certified Value Specialist (CVS) with six-plus years leading VE workshops.
• Maintained successful client relationships with public agencies or private entities.
• Experience in developing and managing strategic marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director in developing strategic visions.
• Lead value engineering workshops and cost management workshops.
• Collaborate with Business Groups and Market Sectors for project needs.
