Qualifications

• Certified Value Specialist (CVS) or PE license with six-plus years leading workshops.
• Experience in managing client relationships with public agencies or private entities.
• Demonstrated commitment to HDR values.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director in developing strategic visions.
• Lead value engineering workshops and cost management workshops.
• Collaborate across Business Groups for project support.

Skills

Professional Engineering registration (PE)

Certified Value Specialist (CVS)

Ability to work cooperatively

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word
