Job summary

HDR is seeking a Value Engineer & Project Risk Management Lead to support core project initiatives and business development activities. Located in the United States, this role requires leading workshops and collaborating across teams to meet client needs. Candidates must have significant experience in value engineering with a Certified Value Specialist (CVS) certification and a strong track record of client relationships.

Qualifications

• Certified Value Specialist (CVS) with at least 5 years of experience leading VE workshops for major infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading cost and schedule risk analysis workshops.
• Ability to work cooperatively with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Value Engineering/Risk Director in strategic vision.
• Manage workshare and project assignments.
• Lead VE workshops across national projects.
